Submission mode & instruction to authors
Title of the paper, authors, designations, abstract, body of the paper in IEEE format (2 column), results, discussions, conclusions, references, etc in MSWORD only with a max limit of upto 5 pages (Times New Roman, title-14 font, authors-11 font, designations & contact details-10 font, All headings-12 font, body of the paper-10 font, References-9 font, A4 page, top - bottom - right margins : 1 inch, left margin of 1.25 in) has to be submitted electronically to the conference email-id given below as
nconant2012@gmail.com
Note that title, authors, designations & address has to be in single column, while the rest of the matter (body of the paper) will be in a 2-column format. Authors can also include a small biography with their photos limited to one single A4 size page. The IEEE paper template can be downloaded from the VTU website / link ieee paper template.
The full papers submitted will be subjected to a double folded blind review process through a review panel. Comments of the reviewers (whether the paper is directly accepted without any changes / accepted with changes & to be re-submitted / rejected) will be directed to the selected authors well in time so that they can make necessary changes and re-submit the final version of their papers, i.e., the camera ready paper.
