Registration Fee for participants
Industry Delegates : Rs. 3000 / -
Faculty / Staff from academia : Rs. 1500 / -
UG & PG Students / Research Scholars : Rs. 750 / -
A concession of Rs. 500 / - will be given to IEEE / IETE / IE (I) members
Research Scholars / students are required to submit through proper channel.
The registration fee includes a registration-kit, copy of the proceedings, participation & presentation certificates, lunch and snacks.
The registration fee should be sent in the form of a DD drawn in favour of "Finance Officer, VTU, Belgaum", payable at Belgaum-560018, Karnataka.
The registration form can be downloaded from the VTU website, http://www.vtu.ac.in/nconant2012 and the duly filled up & signed registration forms along with the DD should be sent by courier / post to

Note : For publication in the proceedings, which comes both in the hard copy (with a ISBN) as well in the soft copy (CD), the conference committee must have received the following from the participants, by the deadline 31st Jan. 2012 for the camera ready paper submission
(a) The paper in the specified IEEE format.
(b) The duly signed copyright form.
(c) The DD with full registration fee.
(d) At least one author per paper has to register for the conference.
(e) The registered author must present the paper in the conference for getting the paper.
